Creative Details by Publisher Tab:

Each creative in your account is assigned a category. This category indicates the type of offer you’re adding such as; sale, seasonal, free shipping, general, or coupon. Pepperjam now allows you to create unique creative categories in your account. Creating custom categories is a great way to organize all of your creatives. Adding additional categories in your account allows publishers to easily navigate through a select few creative rather than searching through all of your creative at once.

All custom categories you created will be listed down throughout the middle of the page where you can edit or delete. To add a new category click on the Add Category button. Create a name such as labor day sale, back to school, and so on. Once you have added the name click save. This will save the category down throughout the middle of the page.

Here you will see your new category displayed along with the number of creative the category is assigned too. Under the action header you have the option to delete the category when the creative count is at 0. If the category is assigned to any creative you will not be able to delete it. In order to delete the category make sure you switch the category to another. Let's take a look at switching the category in your account.

Click on the creative's tab > and let's start with banners.

At the top of the page click on the category drop down menu and select the category you would like to switch and press search to see your results below. Click edit button to update a single banner or select the checkbox to select all and click on the bulk edit button. Select the category drop down menu and switch it to any category listed. Make sure this is done for each banner and move onto the next type of creative such as text links, Pepperjam ads, and coupons.

Thank you for watching our reports tab how to video! I hope this was a helpful demonstration. You should now have a good understanding of where to find and how to review the transaction summaries, transaction details, transaction history, commission summary, account transaction, creative details and creative details by publishers tab.
