Creative Performance Report

The creative details report allows the advertiser to review which creative is converting the best. This report allows you to search by creative type and publisher group.

Click Reports > Creatives

In top left hand corner select a date range you wish to review creative activity. You can choose a date range by the drop down menu or the exact range option. The exact range will allow you to enter in an exact beginning and ending date. Enter in the dates in the format provided or you may click on the calendar icon and this will automatically format the dates for you.

After you have entered in a date range you may also select additional search options to further define your search. You may filter your search by creative type like banners and text links. Next you may run your report by publisher group you have created in your account.

Once you have entered in the data above click generate report and your results will display down throughout the middle of the page. In the left hand corner click on the printer icon to print this report or you may download this report to your pc by clicking on the download icon here. To the right you can adjust the amount of rows to display below from 25 to 100 or skip to a different page under the page drop down menu.

The creative report begins with the Pepperjam Affiliate Network creative ID #, creative type. Next is the amount of impressions and clicks generated. An impression is how many times a consumer views a creative and a click is a metric that measures the consumer’s reaction to an ad. EPC – Earnings per click is calculated by Commissions Earned / Number of Clicks. This number is often used to determine and predict profitability. EPC is variable and is greatly influenced by the nature and quality of the traffic flowing into and out of your Web site. CTR – click through rate is an action of following a link within an advertisement; such as, banners and text links to another web site. Click through rate is calculated by total clicks divided by impressions time 100. Next this report displays how many conversions are generated by creative. The conversions are a desired action such as a sale.

The conversion rate, this rate is the percentage of visitors who take a desired action. Next is the sale and commission amount, which are sortable by clicking on the header “sale amount” or by “commission” this will display results from highest to lowest. The commission includes both the affiliate commission and the Pepperjam Affiliate Network transaction fee. The eBay Enterprise Affiliate Network transaction action fee is 30% of the affiliate commission. This report provides how many publishers are using the creative. Next is the action section which allows you to review more details on conversions generated by each creative. Below you will see the page and report totals of impressions, clicks, epc, ctr, conversions, conversion rate, sale and commission amount. At the bottom right you can adjust the amount of rows to display on the current page or skip to a different page.
